On Sunday July 12th from 6pm to 7pm we began a five (5) week seminar entitled, “How to Study the Bible. The seminar is very practical and helps people learn how to read, interpret, and apply the Scriptures to their lives.

The seminar is not designed to tell you what think about the Bible but intended to help you think about the Bible for yourself. The seminar has no other textbook than the NIV Study Bible and a good portion of the seminar is spent learning simply to navigate the Bible. It is highly recommended that you purchase an NIV Study Bible for the seminar.

In this seminar you would learn how to make use of the many tools a good study Bible offers and be equipped to study the Bible in a deeper and more meaningful way. Time is will also be spent reviewing the various types of literature in scripture and how to approach the task of interpretation. Simply put you will never see the Bible the same way again.
